Group Running


We offer a range of paced groups to support all running abilities and to provide a natural progression pathway—from Tuesday Group 1 through to Wednesday Group 1. Throughout the year, depending on the season, we occasionally run as one large group at a pre-arranged pace. This gives all members the chance to mix and run with people they might not normally train with. We also organise dedicated speed-work sessions, led by our England Athletics coach, where runners can learn new techniques and receive personalised tips and advice.


Tuesday 19:00 pm

Group 1 - Intervals (suitable for beginners) eg. 4 min Run 60s recover x 6

Group 2 - 30-40 min (5k) continuous run 10.00-11.00/mi

Group 2 - 50 mins/4-5 miles 10.00-10.30/mi
