CRC 5k TT
A time trial for all abilities.
This is your time to test yourself on a fast flat route and attempt to lay down your fastest ever 5k time (route on Strava). This is a popular night and a great opportunity to see where your fitness level is at. We set off in a staggered start from 30 plus 5k to sub 20 5k at 1 minute intervals, this is so that everyone finishes their time trial around a similar time.
When? Every 2 months throughout the year
